Who We Are

Founded in 1997 by a small group of energy credit professionals, NAPCO has grown into a respected non-profit association serving the entire North American energy market, with a clear focus on electricity. We remain a member-run organization committed to creating a positive environment for learning and networking.

Our membership spans investor-owned utilities, municipalities, government agencies, wholesale energy traders, merchant energy companies, law firms, and various credit-support vendors from across the U.S. and Canada.

Our Mission
Education

We provide high-quality educational programs featuring dynamic speakers and relevant industry topics. Each meeting qualifies for up to 10.0 CPE credits through our NASBA registration.

Networking

Our intimate group size allows members to build meaningful professional relationships with industry peers and counterparties, creating lasting connections that translate into tangible working relationships.

Upcoming Events

NAPCO offers semi-annual conferences in the spring and fall. Conferences typically offer a day and a half of educational content, kicked off by an evening happy hour welcome reception on the day of arrival.

All conferences are open to both members and non-members. Early registration is recommended as space is limited to ensure quality networking opportunities.
